The Staff Reserve. The purpose of the Staff Reserve programme is the discovery of highly-promising employees and preparation of the company’s employees exhibiting managing potential, professional expertise and high motivation for building a career for further assignment to higher positions. The aspiring employees selected by the results of annual activity assessment undergo special training.

The Internal Trainers Institute. 
The Internal Trainers Institute is launched on the basis of the enterprises’ employees. The Institute is created for organisation of the employees internal training system, for implementation of DTEK Academy’s corporate programmes, for improvement of professional knowledge and skills.

The remote education — in DTEK, the electronic courses on various expertise are created for the employees.

The company’s representatives attend the professional seminars and training regularly. In 2015, the range of training events has been arranged with the support of Gas Producers Association of Ukraine.

Cooperation with universities

The improvement of young specialists training quality is the paramount aspect of development of the domestic oil & gas sector.

We have established partner relations with the country’s two leading oil & gas higher education institutions – Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas and Poltava National Technical Yuri Kondratyuk University.

Within our partnership with the universities students have the opportunity to undertake an internship on DTEK Naftogas’ gas extraction enterprises, and the best students get the chance to get a job in the company.

Besides, this means a range of joint scientific investigation and engineering projects. For instance, with DTEK Naftogas’ support, in Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas the laboratory of bridging materials was launched, and Poltava National Technical Yuri Kondratyuk University – the education and research laboratory of oil and gas technologies.
