DTEK Oil&Gas invested about UAH 300 mln in digitalization of production
The company was the first to introduce the technology of online-monitoring of corrosion and erosion at wellheads and flowlines. Also 5 of 7 wells on Machukhske field were laid and drilled by means the data of continuous geological and technological models (CGTM). Difference between CGTM forecasts and factual data is less than 5%.
Within the MODUS program, DTEK Oil&Gas and the McKinsey team identified top-priority digital initiatives for the company. There are «Integrated Field Development Modeling» and «Intelligent System of Well Performance Optimization» among them. Use of fields’ «digital twin» will increase effectiveness of its exploitation. It will also help to predict technological processes comprehensively and anticipate operational risks. Intellectual system, which is based on machine learning algorithm, will allow to determine optimal exploitation parameters for active wells. Both products will be launched before the end of this year.
