Oleksandr Doroshenko shared DTEK Oil&Gas experience in the field of application of new technologies for processing geological and geophysical information and data of hydrodynamic studies in the development of hydrocarbon deposits aimed at the optimization of an investment process and rational and efficient development of the deposits. Using the Machukhske Field as an example, Oleksandr demonstrated that new technologies promote the reduction of capital expenditures on drilling, boost the value of oil and gas assets, and increase revenues from the development of hydrocarbon deposits.

Andrii Polyovyi presented a snubbing technology that allows reducing significantly the duration of well overhauls, performing the repair with the well still under pressure, and reducing the cost of the overhaul. Andrii emphasised that snubbing allows avoiding an adverse impact caused by industrial liquids on a productive reservoir which occurs when the well is killed for conventional overhaul.

The conference was attended by the representatives of more than 60 companies and organisations operating in the oil and gas sector, including Belarusneft, Wenzel (Germany), Sibelco (Poland), Schlumberger Services, Endeavour, and others.
