DTEK Oil&Gas appointed three top-managers
“At the end of the last year, DTEK Oil&Gas launched structural changes aimed at the formation of a fully‑functional managing company responsible for DTEK’s oil and gas business. Today, we have appointed the company’s management team comprising specialists who had already demonstrated excellent performance during their work at PJSC “Naftogazvydobuvannya”, our main asset. The tasks assigned to new directors will include improving the efficiency of exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons at the deposits that are already being developed, and searching for new opportunities for business development. We see that Ukraine has excellent prospects for strengthening its gas independence, and our team will spare no efforts to help our country in attaining this goal,” commented DTEK Oil&Gas CEO Igor Shchurov.
Ivan Gafich in DTEK Oil&Gas structure will be in charge of geological exploration, drilling, as well as analysis and implementation of projects that have good prospects. Since 2014, he had been Chief Geologist at PJSC “Nafrogazvydobuvannya”. Prior to that, he worked at the Nadra group, Ukrgeophysica State-Owned Company, and Boryslav Oil Company, a Ukrainian-American Joint Venture. Ivan Gafich has a Ph.D. degree in Geology and Mineralogy.
Oleksii Raptanov will be responsible for improving the efficiency of existing productive assets and arranging extraction at new sites. Prior to his appointment, he had been the Deputy General Director for Production and engineer in-chief at PJSC “Naftogazvydobuvannya”. Before that, he had held the position of the Deputy General Director of Samaraneftegaz.
Nataliia Grebeniuk as the executive director will be in charge of DTEK Oil&Gas’s finances, legal affairs, bidding procedures, and HR. She was the Finance Director at DTEK Oil and Gas prior to her appointment to new office. She also held management positions at Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. and Chernomorneftegas, a state-owned corporation. Concurrently with working at DTEK Oil&Gas, she will perform duties of director at PJSC “Naftogazvydobuvannya”.
