DTEK Oil&Gas set a new record in the history of private gas production in Ukraine

In 2017 DTEK Oil&Gas produced 1.65 bln m3 of natural gas, that became a new record in the history of the company and the whole private gas producing industry in Ukraine. Production of gas condensate amounted to 54 thousand tonnes.

In 2017 DTEK Oil&Gas drilled the well №34 and began drilling the well №25 at Semyrenkivske gas condensate field, retrofitted the Machukhske gas processing plant, modernized gas metering stations at Olefirivske and Semyrenkivske gas processing plants and implemented large-scale intensification and repair projects at the operating wells.

Igor Schurov, CEO of DTEK Oil&Gas, emphasized: “Despite the relatively moderate growth rate due to the regulatory and investment climate shortcomings, we managed to update the historical production volume thanks to the quality implementation of our projects and high professionalism of the whole company’s team. In 2018 we plan to build new infrastructure objects and introduce innovative technologies. Also our company considers increasing investment into new wells drilling, that will certainly further increase gas production”.
