Igor Shchurov ranked first in the rating of Ukrainian top managers

Under the leadership of Igor Shchurov, in 2013-2016, DTEK Oil&Gas increased the production of natural gas 3.3 times and reached the record level throughout the history of private gas extraction in Ukraine. The company drilled 13 new high-tech wells including the deepest production well in Europe. The company also built modern infrastructure facilities, including Olefirivka gas gathering facility, which demonstrates the best performance in the country.

When the rating was prepared, managers of more than 300 companies operating in various industries were evaluated. The position of each participant was impacted by three factors: a company’s financial performance indicators for 2016, assessment given by industry HR-experts, and the results of open voting by Delo.ua readers.
