Cooperation with leading international R&D centers is one of the key tasks of ensuring the effective technological development of DTEK Oil&Gas. Recently, DTEK’s Maksym Dorokhov and Oksana Mosiichuk visited the Oil Research and Design Institute BelNIPIneft in order to establish cooperation that will help effectively solve the current issues and strategic objectives of DTEK Oil&Gas.

BelNIPIneft is one of the leading oil industry institutes in the CIS countries, and it can solve many problems related to exploration, development of oil and gas fields, production and transportation of hydrocarbons. The Institute employs highly-qualified specialists who have experience in the fields not only of the CIS countries, but also of Venezuela, Iran, Ecuador, India and other oil and gas producing regions. BelNIPIneft has created a state-of-the-art laboratory with high-tech equipment, instruments and software for a wide range of scientific and technical research tasks.

Maksym Dorokhov, Head of Technology Development of DTEK Oil&Gas, noted, “During the two-day visit, we met the scientific team of the institute and the material and technical base. We also held a number of working meetings and conferences to analyze the current problems of DTEK Oil&Gas and identify the areas of possible cooperation.”

The resulting key areas of cooperation between DTEK Oil&Gas and BelNIPIneft were improving the efficiency of hydrocarbon prospecting and exploration, increasing the efficiency and reducing costs in the construction of ultra-deep wells, and increasing the efficiency of developing gas condensate fields.
