On 01 January 2019, DTEK Oil&Gas started the Relocation Allowance for University Graduates project. Under this program, university graduates who received their first jobs from DTEK Oil&Gas and whose employment started within 12 months after the graduation will receive a one-off financial incentive. Six employees have already received the allowance since the beginning of this year. Graduates whose first place of employment after the graduation is the company, hold at least a bachelor’s degree and hold a position in the field of their specialisation are eligible for the participation in the program. The other mandatory requirement is successful completion of a probation period without any warnings. The allowance is paid on the third and sixth months after the start of employment.
