Uninterrupted process: DTEK Oil&Gas transfers production personnel to an isolated operating mode
To accommodate employees at the company's production facilities, closed-access shift camps were built rapidly. Rotation will change every 14 days. Cooking and housekeeping staff will also work on a rotational basis in isolation.
In the rotation camps, the monitoring of compliance with sanitary norms and anti-epidemic measures has been established. Additionally, constant medical supervision of personnel is being undertaken. Employees without any medical issues voluntarily carry this out on a rotational basis.
Employees are transferred from rotation camps to production facilities using official vehicles - with a seating capacity of no more than 10 people in a bus, while observing a distance of one meter from each other.
Non-production personnel - employees of the Kyiv and Poltava offices of the company - are now working remotely.
DTEK Oil&Gas CEO Igor Shchurov said: “Today the country faces a serious challenge, and we must join forces, and act quickly and smoothly to confront it. Our company has responded promptly, adapting production to isolated work, and office staff to remote working. This will protect our employees and their families, as well as ensure stable and uninterrupted gas production”.
